1. Product quality and satisfaction. If your order arrives with an issue such as a missing item, incorrect item, or substantial quality concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. To file a claim, include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will review the request promptly and determine whether a refund, replacement, or store credit is appropriate. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible, or as store credit at PlainOrbitStudio’s discretion.
2. Eligibility for refunds. Eligible refunds apply to orders that arrive cold or late, are prepared with substitutions that cannot be reasonably sourced for the customer, or contain items that are spoiled or unsafe for consumption. Refunds do not apply to items that were correctly prepared and delivered as requested, or to situations caused by customer error (for example, incorrect address chosen for delivery or failed pickup attempts due to the customer’s schedule).
3. Time limits. To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If a claim is submitted after this window, we may still review the case at our discretion, but it may be subject to a reduced remedy. Our goal is to resolve issues quickly so you can enjoy your meal without undue delay.
4. Remedies. Approved refunds may be issued as a full or partial reimbursement to the original payment method, or as PlainOrbitStudio store credit applicable to future orders. In some cases, we may offer a complimentary replacement item or a discount on your next order. Any store credit will be valid for a limited period as determined by PlainOrbitStudio and will be communicated at the time of approval.
5. Non-refundable items. Certain items or promotions may not be eligible for refunds. This includes, but is not limited to, custom items prepared to special specifications, or meals that have been consumed in part and returned with opened packaging. If an item is part of a special promotion, the terms of that promotion may govern refunds for that item.
6. Delivery and pickup issues. If a delivery or pickup experience is unsatisfactory due to lateness or damage, please notify us within 48 hours with your order number. We may offer a refund or credit depending on the circumstances, including the distance from our kitchen, estimated delivery time, and the effort required to rectify the delivery issue.
